Benefit Corporation and Foundation
In January 2024, Arcaplanet became a Benefit Corporation by incorporating the new mission and the four common benefit purposes into its statute. These were identified to ensure that Arcaplanet commits to generating a positive impact or reducing negative effects.
Benefit Corporation
Benefit corporations integrate the goal of having a positive impact on society and the environment into their business purpose, in addition to profit objectives. This represents an evolution of the very concept of a company.
ANIMALS
At Arcaplanet, we believe that animals have the right to well-being. For this reason, we are committed to offering products and services designed for animal well-being, also promoting awareness activities for their protection and care, in collaboration with our customers, associations, and local communities where we operate.
PEOPLE
At Arcaplanet, we believe in the happiness and development of people, both inside and outside the company. Therefore, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive work environment based on listening and respecting individual contributions, where all people who are passionate about animals can fulfill themselves both individually and professionally, thanks to continuous training and the assumption of responsibility towards the well-being of animals, communities, and the planet.
CUSTOMERS
For Arcaplanet, customers are essential partners to be involved in playing an active role in change. Therefore, we are committed to continuously stimulating our customers’ engagement through initiatives, projects, information campaigns, and an increasingly extensive presence in the territory that contributes to the economic and cultural growth of the communities where we operate.
THE PLANET
We believe that our activities can be a positive force for environmental regeneration. For this reason, we are committed to identifying solutions with ever-lower environmental impacts, investing in research and development, cooperating with our partners and customers to promote the circular use of resources, encouraging responsible consumption, and the use of renewable energy.
The Arcaplanet Foundation was born in 2025 and wants to support projects in favour of Pets. At the same time, it contributes to create a culture of "restitution" for what Pet and Planet give to all of us.
Foundation
PROJECTS AND OBIECTIVES
Pet wellness is the key concept that is the basis of the culture of the Arcaplanet Foundation, which aims to promote 360-degree care activities in an organic system of activities and in synergy with all interlocutors.
Respect and attention towards the Planet are also priorities for the Arcaplanet Foundation, which sets itself the objective of creating an increasingly sustainable environment.
Thanks to the Foundation, new important projects will be carried out. Them will complement the now consolidated collaborations carried out by Arcaplanet and will also broaden the commitment to environmental issues. Among these, we remember those with ENPA and LAV, the initiatives to support the Lions Guide Dog Service of Limbiate, the Pet Therapy carried out together with Frida’s Friends ONLUS.
