- Pet Wash: The service that provides tubs and hairdryer areas with no time limit and coin-operated washing machines and dryers for the hygiene and washing of your four-legged friends’ accessories.
- Nail cutting: In some selected shops, a useful nail cutting service is available for dogs and cats that spend a lot of time indoors and do not have the opportunity to file their nails naturally.
- Agility Area: A space available in stores larger than 800 square metres, dedicated to recreational and sporting activities, to train and entertain our four-legged friends while giving them a moment of fun. Here, with the help of expert educators, trainers and dog centres, leisure and education events are organised. You can also access the areas free of charge to have fun and strengthen your relationship with your pet.
- Insurance: In partnership with ConTe.it, Arcaplanet offers its customers the opportunity to take out an insurance policy dedicated to dogs and cats. A concrete way to offer pet parents the possibility of insuring their pet’s health by choosing from a wide range of policies.
- Kippy: Exclusively for Italy, the Kippy geolocalisation system is on sale in Arcaplanet stores. It consists of an ultra-light GPS and activity tracker, which is placed on the collar and allows you to keep your pet’s information at hand at all times, and to locate it in case of loss.
