To address the challenges of our time, close cooperation between citizens, associations, businesses and local authorities is essential to promote and support a wide range of initiatives focused on environmental protection and the well-being of people and animals.

From plans to increase waste recycling to urban mobility projects, from the redevelopment of green areas to awareness campaigns for citizens, as well as incentives to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. For these policies to be successful, however, the active involvement of civil society is essential. Citizens, our customers, Pet Parents, our Pet Specialists and organisations working to protect animals and the environment care about their local communities and can cooperate with local authorities by suggesting ideas and solutions, as well as monitoring policy implementation and encouraging continuous improvement.

Each of us can contribute every day through our choices and actions. At Arcaplanet, we seek to encourage the participation of all stakeholders and work with national and local institutions to turn sensitivity and passion for animals into concrete initiatives aimed at contributing to healthier and more liveable communities for future generations.

“ROMA CURA ROMA” PROJECT

One example is “Roma cura Roma”, a project through which we donated an agility area to Municipality XIII of Rome. The initiative was also supported by Rome Mayor Roberto Gualtieri and Councillor for the Environment Sabrina Alfonsi, with the aim of contributing to the protection and well-being of the Eternal City. An important project that, over the coming year, will also be extended to other areas of Italy where Arcaplanet has a widespread presence, helping to build stronger local partnerships and more active community relationships.
