Our pet stores are the beating heart of the company: shop managers and sales staff work daily, with passion and professionalism, to offer a unique shopping experience.

In our more than 550 sales outlets we employ:

• Sales Assistant: dedicated to customer care and shop procedures.
• Pet Specialist: focused on listening and customer service, capable of developing a relationship of trust built on professional competence, to be passed on to colleagues.
• PDV Representative: dedicated to managing the shop, developing colleagues and consolidating shop objectives.
• Team Leader: you will support the various stores in Italy to train staff, increasing the shop’s potential.
• Area Manager: responsible for managing several shops and developing the skills of the teams, with a focus on customer centricity and goal achievement.
• Regional Manager: responsible for the coordination of area managers and the development of the sales network in terms of training and operations, contributing to business decisions to ensure maximum efficiency and product and service innovation.

Headquarters is the place where we synthesise the development of strategy and innovation paths in synergy with the sales network, to increase Pet, People and Planet well-being and customer satisfaction. 
 We seek bright, dynamic, creative and responsible minds. Every day, together, we explore and innovate the future of pet care. Our teams:

• Commercial Area: dedicated to the development of our product and service offering, through which we implement logistical processes, promotions, visual merchandising and contribute to the growth of our brand.
• IT Area: supporting the stores through technological devices and applications, to guarantee customers the best digital and physical shopping experience.
• Finance Area: responsible for recording administrative aspects, drawing up financial statements, and preparing forecasts.
• Customer Area: aimed at increasing the personalisation of the customer shopping experience, consolidating the concept of animal welfare and communicating the brand on all social and media platforms.
• E-commerce/Omnichannel Area: aimed at ensuring the completeness of the customer journey on the digital channel, improving the platform’s results and strengthening customers’ bond with our site.
• Real Estate: aimed at developing our network of shops in the territory and searching for the best locations.
• HR: dedicated to the search for new talent and the development and well-being of our teams.

Our young and dynamic headquarters is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante. It is modern and full of open spaces to encourage collaboration and reverse mentoring. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, powered by renewable energy for the highest possible sustainability. At the headquarters, more than 200 professionals make their skills available daily and with passion to support the sales network in the constant improvement of all services.
