Arca Planet Friendly
We believe that consumer choices can make a difference for the planet and that, in order to make informed choices, customers need clear information.
For this reason, we created the “Arca Planet Friendly” product selection, based on two simple criteria.
Lower-impact protein sources
The selection includes only products that declare they do not contain beef or lamb proteins, which on average generate higher levels of CO₂e emissions per kg and calorie.
At Arcaplanet, customers can choose protein sources with a lower environmental impact while maintaining the same nutritional properties and calorie intake for their pets.
Recyclable packaging
When assessing the environmental impact of packaging, one of the key characteristics to consider is recyclability, which varies depending on the material used and the composition of the product packaging.
The Arca Planet Friendly selection includes only products with recyclable packaging, including paper and aluminium packaging and, among plastic packaging, only products with an explicit recyclability statement on the packaging.
