Local administrations

We know the value and the importance of building alliances with the territory, collaborating with local administrations to take care of animals, people and the environment.

In order to meet the challenges of our time, there must be close cooperation between citizens, associations, businesses and local administrations to promote and support a variety of initiatives oriented towards sustainability and the wellbeing of people and animals.

From plans to increase waste recycling to sustainable urban mobility projects. From the rehabilitation of green areas to awareness-raising campaigns aimed at citizens and incentives for energy-efficient buildings. For these policies to be successful, however, the active involvement of society is essential. Citizens, our customers, pet parents, pet specialists and associations working to protect animals and the environment care about their local area and can cooperate with local authorities by suggesting ideas and solutions, but also by monitoring the implementation of policies and encouraging continuous improvements.

Each of us can contribute in our daily lives through our own choices and actions. At Arcaplanet we try to foster the participation of all stakeholders and coordinate with national and local institutions to translate our sensitivity and passion for animals into concrete actions to leave a healthier and more liveable environment for future generations.

ROMA CURA ROMA PROJECT

One example is ‘Roma cura Roma‘ (Rome care for Rome), a project that allowed us to donate an agility area to Municipality XIII of Rome. An initiative also desired by Rome’s First Citizen, Roberto Gualtieri, and the Councillor for the Environment, Sabrina Alfonsi, to ensure the protection and well-being of the city. This is an important project, which will be extended over the next year to other areas of Italy where Arcaplanet’s involvement is widespread. The aim is to build territorial alliances and more intense and participatory community relations.
