The shopping experience offered by our stores is a real journey into a world dedicated to pets: a space in which the pet owners dive, to explore care solutions for their beloved pet.
With a widespread network throughout Italy, we at Arcaplanet want to be the point of reference for those seeking quality, innovation and well-being for their pet. The excellence of our service, guaranteed by the Pet Specialists’ passion for animals and their work, allows Pet Parents to receive dedicated advices. Because we believe that every single story with our beloved pets is unique.
We have recently launched a new concept store developed on a customer-centred approach. The aim is to ensure an even more immersive shopping experience through intuitive navigation of the product and service offering and the discovery of new and more detailed information. The route is divided into worlds: dog, cat and small animal. In this way, there is room for the diversity and specific needs of each species. Each category has a dedicated display and specific product guides to help customers make an informed choice.
Our focus on the social and environmental impact of our activities led us to design solutions that could make our stores more sustainable and improve the well-being of the people and animals living in our spaces.
More specifically, all the new materials for the furniture, flooring, paints right down to the trolleys and communication materials were chosen from the most sustainable ones with certifications that attest to their reduced environmental impact. The technical solutions for lighting and air conditioning are low consumption, while remote monitoring and control systems have been implemented to maximise management efficiency. Last but not least, cleaning and waste collection services and consumables used have all been redesigned to reduce the impact of our activities. We are applying this new concept to all new openings, and upgrades and will soon reach the entire network of stores.
