The third edition of 4 Zampe nel Golfo, the sailing event organized by Arcaplanet in partnership with the Circolo della Vela ERIX, concluded successfully in the stunning setting of Lerici’s Gulf of Poets. Combining sailing, nature and a shared love for animals, the event once again brought together pet lovers from across the region.

A Day Dedicated to Pets and Their Families

Numerous crews composed of pets and their pet parents took part in the initiative, enjoying a day of outdoor activities, social connection and unforgettable experiences at sea.

The event was created to celebrate the unique relationship between pets and their families while promoting a culture increasingly focused on animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

Supporting Local Animal Welfare

As part of its commitment to local communities, Arcaplanet once again donated resources to the three municipal dog shelters in Lerici, supporting organizations that care for animals in need every day.

PEDIGREE® Joins the Initiative

The 2026 edition welcomed Mars and its PEDIGREE® brand as official partners. The collaboration reflects the company’s global purpose of creating“A Better World for Pets” and encouraging responsible relationships between people and companion animals.

Participants also received welcome kits containing Arcaplanet gadgets, snacks and coupons, along with DentaStix™ products designed to support dogs’ daily oral care routines.

Sharing Experiences That Strengthen the Human-Animal Bond

The event concluded with an award ceremony that celebrated not only the participants’ achievements but also the joy of sharing meaningful experiences with their pets. Once again, 4 Zampe nel Golfo proved to be a successful initiative promoting togetherness, animal welfare and community engagement.
