Arcaplanet’s strategy between expansion, innovation and commitment against rising living costs
The Pet Care leader strengthens its omnichannel model and focuses on Southern Italy through a roadmap built on specialized nutrition accessible to all
Arcaplanet, a leader in the Pet Care sector with over 2.8 million loyal customers, shares its strategic vision by reaffirming a business model that closely links animal well‑being with economic sustainability for families.
The roadmap outlined by the company is based on five key pillars designed to offer pet parents an experience defined by More Convenience, More Comfort, More Proximity, More Quality and More Solidarity. Thanks to this approach, in April 2026 Arcaplanet confirmed pet food growth at 2.5 times the market rate, the result of constant customer focus — the heart of its strategy.
More convenient
In a market context marked by rising living costs, the company’s commitment to greater affordability has taken shape through a structural initiative designed to support consumers’ purchasing power: Guaranteed Low Prices, a broad and cross‑category selection of top‑brand products offered at reduced prices. This guarantee extends to direct customer protection: if the same product is found elsewhere at a lower price, Arcaplanet refunds the difference in the form of doubled loyalty points. This choice reinforces the company’s intention to make quality accessible without compromise when it comes to animal well‑being.
Price stability is further supported by Locked Prices on Arcaplanet’s exclusive brands, ensuring consistent pricing over time and allowing customers to plan recurring purchases without surprises. Finally, the launch of First Price Quality introduces a selection of entry‑level products where quality remains guaranteed.
More comfortable
The value of the Arcaplanet experience lies in an omnichannel ecosystem designed to offer greater convenience by integrating stores, e‑commerce and the App, ensuring online practicality and specialized in‑store advice. Stores become the core of proximity thanks to the ability to pick up online orders in under two hours, while the App enhances convenience with personalized digital coupons and features that make shopping immediate and advantageous. Completing the system is the official WhatsApp channel, which makes commercial offers even more accessible.
More proximity
The strength of the physical network remains a key growth asset, enabling the company to stay increasingly close to customers through a capillary expansion plan aimed at achieving balanced coverage between major cities and peripheral areas. After 2025, which saw the network surpass 600 pet stores thanks to 40 openings, Arcaplanet aims to open around 50 new stores in 2026. The development strategy will focus decisively on Southern Italy, particularly in areas with significant growth potential, where the brand intends to ensure real proximity to all pet parents.
More quality
“Our goal for 2026 is to consolidate an ecosystem capable of acting as a true ‘friend’ to pet parents”, says Guillaume Seneclauze, CEO of Arcaplanet. “We believe leadership is built by combining real, structural affordability with innovation that genuinely simplifies everyday life, always with the pet’s well‑being in mind. Our aim is to offer excellent solutions based on nutritional research and advanced services, making them accessible to all pet parents”.
This strategy also involves the Private Label segment, a strategic driver through which Arcaplanet meets the needs of the most attentive pet parents by ensuring superior palatability and quality, supported by the production excellence of the First One facility in San Vito al Tagliamento. Within this framework comes the late‑May launch of Next Cat Natural Dry, the new dry cat food line designed to offer natural and functional nutrition. The recipes, characterized by high palatability, use cold‑coating technology, which allows functional ingredients to be added cold, preserving the effectiveness of key nutrients essential for feline vitality.
More solidarity
This value‑driven journey is completed by the company’s most socially oriented dimension through the work of the Arcaplanet Foundation, the non‑profit organization dedicated to promoting animal well‑being and supporting communities through concrete social and environmental impact projects. The Foundation works to raise awareness of the human‑animal bond and, in 2025, strengthened its contribution by supporting 2.475 children through Pet Therapy at Milan’s Fatebenefratelli Hospital, ensuring antiparasitic protection for over 2.300 pets in need, and maintaining ongoing collaboration with the Lions Guide Dog Center in Limbiate.
Among the key projects for 2026 is A come Adozione, the national program dedicated to promoting responsible adoption, supported by a dedicated portal launching in June to facilitate the meeting between families and animals seeking a home.
